Our flow-cytometer SX-CYT ensures a fast and reliable measurement with on-site quantification. Biological microorganisms are detected by real individual counts in biocompatible buffers, and different water matrices. The system is suitable for bathing water, harbour water and ballast water regulations compliance. It is the solution for early detection of biological contamination to avoid and stop outbreaks. SX-CYT has direct applicability in waste water, industrial water, fresh water, and beverage quality control.
Every single fluorescence event is a counted microorganism.

The flow cytometer SX-CYT ensures a fast and reliable on-site microbiological assessment. Microorganisms are detected and quantified in biocompatible liquids and different water matrices. The system is compatible with several dyes or fluorescence labelling methods including antibody labelling, NASBA or DNA//RNA/rRNA labelling. It is an early detection system of biological contamination allowing fast decision making to avoid and stop outbreaks by real time microbiological monitoring.
SX-CYT has direct applicability in waste water, bathing waters, environmental waters, industrial waters, aquaculture, agriculture irrigation, beverages and for IMO-D2 ballast water regulations compliance.
